ADHD is about far more than attention. For many people, it can affect emotional regulation, motivation, organisation, time management, self-esteem, sensory overwhelm, relationships, study, work, and everyday functioning.
My coaching is designed to help neurodivergent adults better understand how their brains work and develop practical strategies that feel realistic, sustainable, and tailored to their lives — not generic advice that sounds good on paper but falls apart in real life.
I work with adults who may experience:
• procrastination and difficulty getting started
• overwhelm and burnout
• emotional dysregulation
• anxiety alongside ADHD
• difficulties with organisation and planning
• time blindness and prioritisation challenges
• sensory overwhelm and mental fatigue
• low motivation or inconsistent productivity
• self-criticism, shame, or feeling “behind” in life
• challenges balancing work, study, parenting, or relationships
My approach combines practical executive functioning support with neuroscience-informed psychoeducation. Together, we explore patterns behind attention, emotions, stress, and behaviour in a supportive, non-judgmental space focused on strengths, self-understanding, and sustainable change.
Coaching sessions may include:
• executive functioning strategies
• psychoeducation about ADHD and anxiety
• emotional regulation support
• planning and prioritisation tools
• accountability and structure
• workplace or study-related support
• sensory and environmental strategies
• strengths-based approaches tailored to your individual needs
Sessions are available online across Australia, with limited in-person sessions available in Sydney.
• Online Coaching Session — $180
• In-Person Coaching Session — $200
Bookings can be made via Calendly.
