I offer ADHD & Executive Function Coaching sessions, designed to help you navigate challenges and build on your strengths. As many of my clients live too far for in-person meetings, I offer convenient online sessions that you can access from anywhere. However, if you're located nearby, I’m happy to arrange face-to-face sessions at a location that’s most convenient for you—whether it’s a library, café, or even your home.

Individual (60 min) sessions

Focus & Flow sessions are virtual body doubling sessions designed to help you stay on task, beat procrastination, and work in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You’ll bring the task—I'll bring the focus and accountability. We work side by side (virtually!), each on our own goals, using the power of shared attention to boost productivity.
During this session, you’ll:
✔ Work alongside me in a quiet, structured virtual space
✔ Stay focused with real-time accountability and gentle check-ins
✔ Choose a session length that suits your energy: 30, 45, or 60 minutes
✔ Experience a neurodivergent-friendly environment where distractions are gently managed
✔ Enjoy the benefits of co-working without the overwhelm—no coaching, no pressure, just doing the thing

Group (60 min) sessions
The Group Coaching Session offers a supportive and interactive space where ADHDers and those with executive functioning (EF) issues can learn, share experiences, and grow together. During these sessions, we will:
