Body Doubling Sessions are structured 1:1 focus sessions designed to help you actually start, continue, or finish a task while I’m there to gently hold space, keep momentum, and reduce the urge to escape into laundry folding, deep philosophical TikTok or sudden life crisis in the fridge :)
It’s not about talking through the task — it’s about doing it together in real time.
we define one clear task or small goal you want to complete (e.g. make a presentation),
we set a timer and work alongside each other,
I provide quiet accountability, gentle prompts, time checkpoints, and reset strategies if your brain decides to teleport,
we finish with a 2-minute “what-next” so momentum doesn’t vanish the moment Teams meeting ends.
