Hi, and thanks for stopping by 😊
I’m Paula — an ADHD Coach, Researcher, and Educator with a background that zig-zags through academia, neuroscience, education, business, leadership, and linguistics across Poland and Australia. I help neurodivergent adults better understand how their brains work, navigate executive functioning challenges, and build lives that feel more sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are.
I hold two PhDs, completed across Poland and Australia. My first PhD, completed in 2009, shaped my long-standing interest in language, communication, learning, and how people make sense of complex information. My second PhD, in Neuroscience, was completed at Macquarie University in 2026, where my research explored how ADHD relates to auditory processing, emotional well-being, and real-world functioning.
This combined background — across linguistics, neuroscience, education, and applied mental health — strongly informs my coaching approach and helps me translate complex research into practical, everyday strategies. Alongside my research background, I also hold qualifications in business, education, training, and early childhood. If you’re curious to learn more about my background and experience, feel free to explore the More About Me section 😊
My coaching style is warm, practical, strengths-based, and non-judgmental. I’m naturally talkative, approachable, and easy to connect with, and I aim to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported without shame or pressure to be “perfect.”
Alongside one-on-one coaching, I also deliver workshops and presentations for schools, businesses, and individuals, translating ADHD and neuroscience research into accessible and practical knowledge.
I’m particularly interested in ADHD and mental health, especially the relationship between attention, anxiety, emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, and everyday functioning. I also care deeply about under-recognised ADHD presentations, especially in women, and about helping people work with their brains rather than constantly against them.
Outside of coaching and research, I have a personal interest in adolescent development and the many factors that shape human behaviour, emotions, identity, and wellbeing.
I love connecting with people, exchanging ideas, and working on meaningful projects that create positive change. If you feel that my approach resonates with you, feel free to reach out via email, connect with me on LinkedIn, or book a session via Calendly or Halaxy— I’d love to hear from you 😊
